Ordered an Item by Mistake and Cancelled it
Hey guys. Could someone advise me on how to go about this challenge:
I mistakenly ordered and item on 25th of Jan 2025 and I was debited. I immediately cancelled it the because it was not what I needed.
Two days later, I got an email that my cancellation was declined, and that I should initiate a return when the item arrives.
Today is 13th January and I have not got any update about shipping the item nor refund of my money.
Please could anyone suggest the most appropriate ways to go about this challenge?

Mentor1 year agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. Depending on the seller's return policy, and the reason for the return determines who pays for return shipping. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
