Ordered airsoft replacement frame now seller is no longer registered user and payment has posted.
I ordered a 3d printed air-soft frame to replace mine that had cracked, thinking a 3d printed one would be stronger. The shipping label was created and the tracking number was available quickly. Then while my cc payment was pending, the listing was removed for policy violations. I then checked the air soft rules and I’m thinking the violation was because it was a black frame with no orange. I tried to contact the seller to cancel the order but in messages it shows them as no longer a registered member and it said their account was suspended or terminated. The payment has now cleared, and it hasn’t shipped and probably won’t, because if the the seller is no longer a registered user, then they probably don’t have access to their account to get shipping label and receive payment. Even so, I don’t want it anyway if it violated policy. I can’t contact the seller to cancel and request refund. Should I contact cc company or eBay?

OP5 months agoI was actually hoping to cancel it or that it doesn’t come because I saw it was taken down for policy violations.
from what I’ve read on airsoft rules it looks like it was supposed to be orange or have some orange on the frame but it was all black.

Hopefully, the item is on its way, even though the seller has been suspended.
If the item never shows up, you can contact your credit card issuer regarding a charge back.
