Ordered a base set Blastoise Psa Slab but was sent a fake and sent a request for refund to eBay but they closed the case
Hi I’ve ordered a boat load of cards/slabs the last few months being bored when I was out of state for work. When I arrived back home I noticed around 5 out of a whole bunch of cards/slabs were fake. Sent eBay a return request for a fake card but they basically denied it. What can I do to get my hard earned money back. Thanks. Bill. I have no idea how to contact anyone from eBay and it won’t let me since they closed it out.

Mentor1 month agoeBay's money back guaranty has very specific time limits. For most items you can open a case within 30 days of receipt of the item. Trading cards must have the case opened within three days of receipt. eBay does not provide exceptions to these deadlines. Once past the deadlines you can ask your payment source about any help they can provide. Many payment sources will help for 180 days from payment but the time limit may be shorter.
