ordered 2 items and one was not received and still got charged for it.

Question

Can someone please help me. I ordered two automotive carpets on eBay. I only received one. And I cannot find out how to get my money back on the second one. I have already sent the one I received back, and my refund is pending but what can i do about the 2nd one. There is no phone number to call.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
