Ordered 2 bottles, only received 1. Made purchase as a guest but with a credit card. What to do ?
Bought the last 2 bottles available from the seller. Only received 1 bottle in mail. I bought as a guest. I created an ebay account now but my order does not show up since I was a guest. Can I get a refund for the bottle I paid for and did not receive ? thx.

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing item/part. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
You should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:

OP2 years agoThank you! I requested a "Guest Order" 12 hours ago, still no reply. When I made the order, I used my husband's name since it was for him. When I opened the account I used my name. Order (his name) and my new ebay account (my name) using same email address. Maybe that is a problem ? I can switch accounts to be his name on my email address if that helps. I think once I get the "Guest Order" email, I know what to do. But I never recd a "guest order" email on day of purchase and now cant seem to get it using the link you provided. This was my first ever purchase on ebay. I usually use amazon with no problems. Thanks for the help!.

Mentor2 years agoYou must sign in with the same email address you used as a guest. If still a problem contact ebay.

OP2 years agoI bought 2 bottles as a guest and only received one. I never received an email order confirmation. I need my order confirm to proceed but I think I might have made a typo when I put in my email address. That would explain why I did not get a confirmation on day of purchase and why ebay cannot find a confirmation when i click on the link you sent.
Soooo what do I do now ? I have my credit card receipt and I did keep all the shipping info. I know the product number and the name of the seller. I did try emailing the seller from his product page but no reply. Also since i bought the last 2 bottles, his page has "ended," Please help. Thanks in advance.
