Order won’t show in my purchased
I received the wrong item and I’m trying to return it. I got an email saying to start a return for my refund but I type in the order number and check purchase history and both methods had the same results. I also requested it as a guest and it told me it would send me an email to get the instructions on the return but there’s no email that has been sent. I am at a loss as I can’t find a number to call to return this item I was deceptively sent. Can anyone help me?

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. If you ordered as a guest you should have received an email from eBay regarding the order. Sign out of eBay completely, then use the "order detail" link in the email you received.
