Order with a wrong address
I have a buyer that brought a item from me. I printed a shipping label for the item & shipped it. I get a message today (4/4/24) from the buyer that said the item was delivered but not to him.
The shipping label from Ebay was for a place in Glendale Heights Il. The buyer is in Medellin, Antioquia Colombia. How do I help the buyer get his item?

Mentor2 years agoYour item is using the ebay International Shipping program, which ships to Glendale Heights, IL (although there are other hubs). Once tracking shows DELIVERED there, your obligation is over. They will produce the customs form and send the package on its way. If there is a problem, and the buyer files a case, ebay will take care of the buyer. You get to keep the payment.
