Order was delivered but is not showing delivered
The tracking number is listed as fedex, not USPS. The tracking numbet on the USPS website shows the item was delivered, but it is not updating on my ebay and the buyer hasnt responded to messages. I have attempted to find a way to change the shipping service to reflect accurately in hopes that it would update to delivered automatically. Im not sure what else i can do.

Did you print your label through eBay? If so the tracking number should have been automatically uploaded to the sold item for the service you selected.

If so it shows USPS Ground Advantage as the offered shipping method. You are a newer Seller so your funds can be placed on hold for up to 30 days regardless of delivery status: Payments on hold | eBay
You can try ADDING a second tracking number to the sold item, use the ADD function next to the tracking number that you think is FedEx, add the USPS tracking number.
