Order tracking never updated, buyers received items, payment still on hold
Summary: zero2oh_enterprises is facing a problem with two orders where tracking stopped updating after the items reached the states they were sent to. Despite confirmation from the buyers that they received the items, they haven't marked them as delivered, and payments remain on hold. Customer service has not provided a resolution, and although zero2oh_enterprises is now eligible for immediate payment on new orders, these particular transactions are still unresolved.
I have 2 different orders I shipped out, which shows in the tracking. They both arrived to the states they were supposed to be in and tracking stopped updating. Its been 3 weeks now. At the time I had to wait 2 days after delivery for my payment, during this waiting process ive been upgraded to immediate payout and ive gotten and shipped out an order since and received my payment already. These 2 orders are stuck, ive contacted the buyers both said they got their orders just fine, I asked if they would mark delivered but no response. Ive reached out to customer service about this multiple times now and get the work around and told just tk keep waiting or they'll tell a supervisor which goes no where. Any advice on this? Is frustrating that I can now get immediate payment but these orders I get nothing for

I know it's hard to wait, but you will get your payout sometime 30 days after the original expected delivery. eBay is waiting to confirm that the buyer doesn't file a return.
