Order total?
On May 25 I purchased this item (an earbuds, eBay item number:145080381461) paying $41.63. I returned this item to the seller, because they did not fit to my ears. I received a refund of $34.86 as a partial refund. The seller took $6.77 ( Order total). I asked the seller what was "Order total". The seller gave me some explanation which I did not understood.
I left a Neutral feedback, but my feedback disappeared.

Your refund did not include the original shipping charges you paid since the reason "didn't fit" is not covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee therefore the seller was able to deduct the original shipping charges.
