Order that system cannot find
Placed an order was paid by my PayPal account now eBay says the order is not there cannot find it

Mentor1 year agoIf you do not see the item in your Purchase history, it sounds like you may have made the purchase as a Guest.
Guest purchases are separate from items you purchase while logged into your account.
Check your email for a message from ebay that includes the PASSCODE that was given to you. Log in with that email address and PASASCODE and you should be able to file a case for Item Not Received, or a Returns Request, as the case may be.

Mentor1 year agoIs it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest? Such purchases are not found in your Purchase History.
