Order temporarily lost.
I sold an item and it was temporarily lost by USPS. I refunded the buyer. The buyer received the item two weeks later. He is willing to repay me. How do I send an invoice?

You can't re-bill the buyer through eBay, but you can send him an invoice through PayPal if you both have accounts. Otherwise, you can use your payment processor of choice or even snail mail...
