Mentor2 years agoYour registration shows you are located in the Philippines. Is your seller located in the Philippines as well? If not, then I am not surprised the seller is not responding. If the seller is in the Philippines, I would use the CONTACT SELLER link in your Purchase history and give a date that you will file for a Refund Request if you are not contacted in order to make arrangements for the pickup.
