Order showing not found as guest
I ordered item as guest and it was broken when delivered. Seller says to leave a positive review but I can't since I bought as guest.

Mentor2 years ago@she_87700. You can't leave feedback on items bought as a guest nor should you leave feedback when a seller asks in order to receive a refund.
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
If you need help starting a refund request here's how to contact customer service.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:
https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
2. Request a call back
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a PRIVATE message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
