Order returned to shipper by USPS for insufficient address
I had an order that I sent as a seller that was returned to me by USPS for an insufficient address. I purchased the label from ebay. What do I do?

The quickest, easiest way to handle this is to refund the Buyer, minus any original shipping they paid. Then relist. The Buyer can repurchase once they change their address on eBay.
