Order returned for Insufficient address
I sold an order to a buyer but it was returned to me for insufficient address. I sent the buyer a message to see if he still wants the order but haven't heard back. Do I cancel and refund so I can relist?

Mentor9 months agoYes, you can cancel the order, refunding item price only. Relist the item, send the new item number to the buyer in case s/he still wants it, and make sure if s/he repurchases that s/he submits a complete accurate SHIP TO address.
