order removed from purchase history
I purchased a Pittsburgh Pirates jersey on July 8. I have the order number. Somehow my jersey was removed from my purchase history and I don’t know who the seller was. When I put in my order number it says it cannot be found!

When checking the guest account information did you LOG OUT of your regular eBay account first and then go to the Guest email to start a refund request? The guest purchase email may be in your spam folder.

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
