Order refunded
I purchased two pairs of shoes for Christmas gifts, one order was refunded by the seller, I don't know why and I can't get a response from the saller or anyone from eBay

Wow, I'm sorry that happened. eBay wouldn't know why the seller refunded - only the seller does. If the refund came from a cancelled order, there is a reason listed for the cancellation (the seller is required to select from three options). If the seller just put through a refund, there may be a message, so go back to look to see if there is an explanation.
If you can provide further detail on the reason, we may be able to advise on additional action to take.
