Order received after refund was issued. Need to be re-billed
One of my orders was not delivered on time so I requested a refund and got the refund. But then the order was received in good condition. So, I need eBay to re-bill me for the order. How do I do that?

There isn’t a way for you to be billed again through eBay.
Contact the seller and let them know you received the package and want to pay for it. You and the seller can decide which electronic money transfer app works for you.
