Order picked up but not shipped
Ive made 18 sales so far on sports cards in my ebay store. The earliest ones being around the beginning of February and the first 6 being shipped and sold really efficiently. But recently as of multiple sales on February 11th, multiple listing have been picked up out of my mailbox for shipment but fail to say "scanned by carrier". In addition to them being in custody of the postal service but also not being scanned, the tracking for the ones that have been scanned is being really buggy and weird. I have sone that say scanned and the tracking is messed up, and other that have been scanned and the tracking has had the package in the same place multiple times over the course of shipment. I'm struggling to find a solution, on one hand id like my money and for the buyer to have their card, but in the other hand I havnt gotten any complaints from buyers. But if the packages are lost or cant be delivered, Id like my items back in my possession. Any tips?
