Order page shows buyer paid correct shipping but label page shows she underpaid shipping?
I combined shipping on two items and invoiced buyer a large flat rate priority mail price. The buyer says she paid the invoice price, but when I go to create the label, it shows the buyer selected regular priority mail in a smaller box size and underpaid the shipping. The order page shows the buyer paid the flat rate shipping correctly, but which did she actually pay? How can the order page show she paid one amount but the shipping page show a lessor amount?
