Order number not found in purchase history ?
Hello, trying to find a part for an item bought that does not come up in purchase history even though I have the order number. Thanks for any help.

Is it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
How long ago was the purchase made?
If you are certain you purchased that item using this account, be sure you are checking your entire relevant Purchase History and not just a subset. Searching your history by order number or keyword may only go back three years or so. Try to manually scan your Purchase History or your Feedback left or received to see if you can find that transaction that way.
