Order number not being recognized

Question

I purchased as a guest instead of through my account (password issue)

I need to now return but I keep getting error messages

one reads- â€œsomething went wrong, itâ€™s not you itâ€™s us, go back and try againâ€

the other reads -â€œ order not foundâ€

itâ€™s also not allowing me to contact the sellerâ€¦. I get the same stupid â€œsomething went wrongâ€ message.

is there a customer support number anywhere?

You cannot use your Ebay account to find your guest purchase.

To file a Return Request purchased as a guest, you will need to find your order confirmation email and follow the instructions on this page:
