Order number leads to an error page
I was sold something in the wrong size and the seller did not respond to my request for a solution that I sent 6 days ago now (it's been only 3 business days though). I checked out as a guest and went through all the steps on the help page related to that, but the email I was sent containing the link to view my order leads to an error page. It's the same thing when I try to search for it in any other way too. Is there anything I can do?
Not sure if it will be of any use here but the order number was 23-11174-51949.

Mentor2 years agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
