If the items are from 3 different LISTINGS that the seller combined shipping on then you have to file 3 return requests.
Let me know if you have trouble starting the return requests or if the items need to be returned to a different country.
If the items are from ONE listings that had a quantity then you file ONE return requests.
4 business days after starting the return request Ask eBay To Step in and Help if the seller has not provided a refund or a return shipping label.

Mentor11 months agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM for each item. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

Mentor11 months agoIf an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
