I purchased Brother printer OEM toner from seller ty_wholesale by order number as shown. The ad said that the toner is used slightly but in good condition. When I installed it in my machine, it immediately spilled the toner and made a mess in the inside of my printer which was very difficult to clean later. The seller wrongly advertised as OEM but he put third party toner in a Brother toner cartridge and sold it to me as OEM good toner. I feel cheated and need refund.

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
