Order on the 13/11/23 O/n 15-10780-31711 Ites 126085217901 It for my grandson Lego remove tool.
I have received two email saying thank you for the order , and one saying it on it way.
I know this is a small amount of money £4.15 , but to me as a pension , it would buy a little food.
Please can someone help me. I have tried to sort this but I kept getting a error.

eBay can't help until it is past the delivery date, then they can help you get a refund.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
