Subject: Request for Order Cancellation and Refund – Urgent Action Needed
Dear eBay Support,
I am writing to formally request assistance regarding an order I placed by mistake. The order was made on 08/30/2025, and within 10 minutes of the payment, I contacted the seller requesting a cancellation and refund. Despite the prompt nature of my cancellation request, the seller has refused to cancel the order or return the funds.
I believe this behavior is unreasonable and not in line with fair customer service practices, especially given that the request was made almost immediately after purchase and before any processing or shipment could have reasonably begun.
I kindly ask that you intervene in this matter, cancel the order, and ensure my payment is refunded. I trust the platform values buyer protection and fairness, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.

Buyers can only REQUEST a cancellation. Only the seller can file the cancellation and refund, and sellers are not obligated to do so, but most sellers will do so if they have not shipped.
