Mentor2 years agoWhat is the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History for that purchase? You have thirty days from that date to start an "item not received" claim with eBay:

Once that case has been started, if the seller cannot provide tracking that shows delivery within three business days, you can ask eBay to step in and refund you. If you take no action in within 21 business days, the case closes without resolution.
If you have waited too long for help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection.
