we made an order on April 3 and literally canceled it after 10 minutes. the seller refused to cancel the order and shipped it on April 4.
we want to cancel it as the item has not yet been delivered

Mentor1 year agoThe seller is the only one that can cancel the order.
You can request, but the seller does not have to cancel. You ordered it and it sounds like it should be arriving soon.
When you get it, check the seller return policy. If they accept returns, open a request saying you changed your mind and return the item.
If they don't accept returns, you may decide to keep it or sell it yourself.
