If your Return Request was approved and the seller did not provide the return shipping label, you will have to request that Ebay step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.

The link to have Ebay step in to help you will appear after 4 days from the date you filed the return request. Just curious, are you or the seller responsible for paying for return shipping?

What reason did you choose when you filed the request?
