This is a user to user forum. We are not ebay staff members so we cannot look into your account.

Is it possible you made this purchase as a guest?

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member (that is why it is not in your Purchase history). You will need to sign in using the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent you. Then you should be able to file a Returns Request.
