Order not shipped, seller unregistered, no response from eBay
Hello,
I need help regarding an order I placed on May 7. The item should have been shipped already, but the seller is not responding, and their profile now shows as “no longer registered on eBay.”
On Saturday, May 8, I requested to cancel the order, but until now I have not received any response from eBay. I try to contact eBay every day, but I cannot reach anyone directly.
What should I do next? Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Here is what eBay says about removed listings:
"What happens if I bought something from a seller who's been removed from eBay?
If you haven't paid for the item, you won't need to. The item should've been removed from your purchase history. We encourage you to look for a similar item from a different seller.
If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:
If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund."

The seller cannot cancel if the seller is not registered. Follow eBay's suggestions regarding a removed seller listed above.

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

OP4 months agoStill on time to receive, but the seller doesn't exist anymore which make no sense to keep the order in place, if the seller is not registered anymore, they even cannot update the order. The cancellation is available and I asked to cancel, but it's taking more than 3 days to be solved exceeding the SLA.
