Order not recieved after 5 months... How can I resolve this?
I ordered the item in January. It was a pre-order item that was supposed to arrive in April. It didn't arrive. I created an "Item not received" report and contacted the seller. The seller blamed the company and said it would be shipped within 2 weeks. That was April 28th, now it is June 2nd. The automated agent will not connect me to a human agent because the the order is older than 90 days and the "Item not received" report was closed after 21 days. Where do I go from here? I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Mentor1 year agoYou will need to go quickly to your payment source to solve this problem. After 90 days there is no way for eBay to help you since pre-orders must be shipped within 40 days and then you have 30 days to open an "Item not received" case. So your case timed out while you waited based on the seller claim.
You payment source should protect you for 180 days from purchase but some will have a shorter time limit so act now.
