Order not received and order number is not found for a return
I purchased something on the 14th and the money was deducted from my account. It has not been shipped yet so I reordered it with a different vendor. When I go to try to return and cancel the item, it says that the order number doesn't exist. But I have an email that shows the order number and the date ordered. How do I go about getting a refund for this?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case. Do not file a Returns Request because you have nothing to return.
