Order not received
Summary: yoli.1330 shared their experience of ordering shoes in April 2026, which were never received, despite being marked as delivered by the seller. They provided tracking information indicating the package was still in transit. After the seller initially agreed to investigate, they stopped responding. Although eBay's dispute window has closed, yoli.1330 seeks escalation for review under buyer protection policies. rfmtm advised opening a non-receipt dispute with the payment processor before its deadline.
I purchased a pair of shoes in April 2026 and was told they would arrive in May. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the order until recently. When I contacted the seller, they told me the item had been delivered.
However, I provided the seller with a screenshot of the tracking information showing that the package was still “in transit” as of April 22. The seller then told me they would contact the courier to investigate and get back to me. I have since sent multiple follow-up messages, but the seller has stopped responding.
I understand that eBay is telling me the standard dispute window has passed. However, I have documentation showing that the tracking information did not support the seller’s claim that the item was delivered, and the seller acknowledged that they needed to investigate with the courier.
I never received the shoes. I can provide the order confirmation, tracking history, screenshots of my communication with the seller, and any other documentation they need.
Could you please help me escalate this to a supervisor or the appropriate team and review? I should be able to get a review under eBay’s buyer protection policies.
Thank you for your help.

Mentor1 week agoSorry, but you are way pass the time for ebay to help you. Best thing you can try is open a not received dispute through the payment processor. Do that now before that time limit runs out.
