order not in purchase history
I recently purchased an item through my Ebay account. I recieved the item, and it was damaged. however, i cannot find the item anywhere in my purchase history so there is no way for me to report the item as damaged. why is the item not in my purchase history? I ordered it the same way I have ordered every other ebay item I have ever ordered and all of those are in my purchase history. this order was made within the last 30 days and it arrived last week.

Mentor2 years agoAre you sure you were signed into your account and did not purchase as a guest? If not the seller may be gone and you will have to open a case through the payment processor.
