Order not found on eBay

Question

I received an item that I'd like to return. I have my order confirmation from eBay. When I go into my email to start a return, it says order not found. Any idea how to fix this?

What "email" are you trying to start it from - is the order in your My eBay>Purchase History or was this a Guest order?

If it was a Guest order, sign out of this ID completely, then try to open the order from the Guest confirmation to start the Return.
