Order not found

Question

I ordered an item and I check it for tracking and tried to connect with the Ebay, but Ebay displayed "order not found, unfortunately there has been an error retrieving your order." I want to know the reason why it showed that.

It sounds like you made a Guest purchase and below is what we share with members if that happens:

You have inadvertently purchased as a Guest.

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.

@gilpak Is it possible you made that order using a different eBay account? Or as a guest? The account you are posting with has only received one feedback in the last year.
