order not found
My last order - 2 books - apparently does not exist in Ebay system. Emails about the order - confirmed, shipped, new delivery date received but, when I open them up, get error message that order could not be found. Even when I go into my account & check into purchases, it show no orders/purchases. Did receive both books. Can't give review cause order not found. Anyone else have this problem? My last orders from 3 mo ago, show up.

Is it possible your most recent orders were made using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?

OP10 months agoNope, was in my account, paid thru PayPal. Even the confirmation email for the purchase said what I had purchased but, when I clicked it: order not found.

If the order was not found in this eBay account, you should consider the possibility that it was purchased with another eBay account, or as a guest.
