Order not delivered

Does anyone know how I can get assistance from eBay on an order I never received?

It is no longer a recent order I can see.

I want to provide feedback about the seller. The order never delivered and is showing this way on my order history but Iâ€™m having a hard time getting any assistance from eBay.

You don't have to contact eBay. You can manage it all online.

Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They can request a refund if an item doesnâ€™t show up. Some sellers may also be able to send you a replacement. If you buy internationally with a long delivery period, a replacement is not a good idea.

First, check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days to report the item you didn't receive. Three business days later, you can ask eBay to step in, if itâ€™s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.
