Order Not Being Delivered Due Vacation Hold or Forwarding
I have an order than I shipped within 24 hours to a "good" address provided by the Buyer. The USPS has not been able to deliver it due to a Forwarding Order or Other. It is going around in a loop from one USPS Distribution to another. Buyer is unresponsive to my message and I am still waiting for my money.
Please advise how to get eBay to pay me while the Buyer plays this game.

Mentor4 months ago@texas*treasures* visit the USPS Website to submit a Package Trace Request
. A trace forces the local distribution hub to look at the physical box, see why the automatic barcode scanner is looping, and manually sort it to return it to you. You will have to wait till eBay
To get paid while your package is stuck in a USPS forwarding loop, you must let the eBay system play out naturally; eBay will not manually release funds while the transaction is active unless a formal dispute is opened or the tracking concludes. Under eBay Seller Protection Policy, you have fulfilled your obligation by shipping within your handling window to the address provided at checkout

USPS will eventually return to sender. A delivery attempt counts as delivered.
Once the item comes back to you, you'll have the money and your item.
You should probably issue a partial refund at that time.
