Order - no confirmation received but money came out of my bank account.

Question

1. I placed two separate orders last night.

2. I did not receive confirmations at my email address for either order.

2. Money for each went out of my checking account.

3. This morning my account shows one of the orders but not the other.

4. The "help" center has put me on a merry-go-round. The want me to check the confirmation of the order, but they don't seem to get that I don't have any confirmation in my email. (I checked spam file also.)

5. I have been a customer for several years and luckily have had no problems with orders. This is my first time with an issue like this one and I can't get any answers.

Any helpful info would be appreciated. P

Is it possible you bought the 2nd item as a guest?

It sounds like you purchased the item as a guest.

To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".

If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page:

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
