Order Issue – Incorrect Oil Listed (Order No: 120-2511873855)
Dear Customer Service,
When I placed my order, the product title clearly stated Castrol EDGE 5W-30 LL (Porsche A40 approved), which is why I purchased it. However, after reviewing the confirmation email and the details more carefully, I noticed that the actual oil included in the kit is Castrol EDGE 5W-30 C3.
This is misleading, as C3 and LL are different oils. My car specifically requires 5W-30 LL / Porsche A40 approval, and the C3 variant does not meet this requirement.
For this reason, I kindly ask:
If you can supply the oil as listed in the title (Castrol EDGE 5W-30 LL, Porsche A40 approved), please proceed with the order.
If not, please cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.
I am attaching a screenshot as proof, showing that the confirmation email/product details mention C3 instead of LL.
I look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Senol Sengul

Go to your purchase history and click on the More Actions button under your order, then the Contact Seller option from the menu that pops up. You have to click on the words “Send Message†in gray and been typing in that box, then click the blue button to send it.
