Order Never Received
I placed an order back on July 28th and was given a delivery datge of July 31 - August 4th.
Nothing has ever arrived and I am getting no response from Cultrag Performance as to status of the order. I am looking for a refund or immediate delivery of the product. Also I have no desire to sign up for special membership in order to comunicate with customer service member.

You had 30 days from latest estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request under Ebay's Money Back Guarantee. It is too late by 7 days.
If you ever need to contact Ebay Customer Service, there is no requirement for a special membership to communicate with Ebay Customer Service.

OP3 years agoWhat the hell kind of response was this? I questioned the shipping back in early August and you responded that your shipping dates were made up, Cultrag responded with different dates. Even if I have to file a law suit I plan to be refunded. I was told that eBay was easy to do business with, I guess they were wrong.

Ebay's Money Back Guarantee specifically states that a Refund Request can be made up to 30 days from the latest estimated date of delivery that was shown in your Purchase History, not some date the seller told you.
PER EBAY: You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn't arrived.

You can file a dispute through Paypal or your credit card company/bank depending on how you funded your payment.
