Order missing from my page

Question

I have placed an order and it provided a shipping reply with the eta.

Now the order does not show in my system at all. Totally missing.

There was no credit to my account.

I need this part, but now can't track it.

Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
