order just disappeared, any ideas why??

My order just vanished, no record on ebay at all. I do have the ebay order detail emails and confirmation. Trying to contact ebay is not working since there is now no record of it and the seller is not taking any email questions.

Is it possible you purchased using a different eBay account, or as a guest?

Have you hidden the purchase?

If you are certain you used this account, see if the transaction appears here under Recent Orders:

If none of that helps, the listing may have been removed by eBay for a policy violation.
