Order isn't showing on my account, but I have been charged?

Hi there,

I am trying to understand why my credit card has been charged but there is not record of my "order" in my ebay account? I also cannot see if the item has been shipped or is on the way.

Anyone have any tips on how to track this or tell if this item is actually on the way?

Perhaps you made the purchase as a Guest instead of your Ebay account?

To check the shipping status, find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent to you. Then click on "Order Details".

I did that and I can see that I have Paid. The email said I should expect to receive between October 22nd and October 26th but it did not arrive. I confirmed that address was correct.

Depending on where the package was coming from, there could have been a delay. I would wait a couple of days, and if the package still hasn't arrived, file an Item Not Received case to get your money back.
