order is cancelled
I would like to know if the order was cancelled, who returns the money, eBay or the buyer, and how do I obtain the return number to check with my bank because the money has not yet been reflected in the credit card.

Refunds are not instantaneous, it may take several days or longer depending on eBay-Adyen's processing of the money back to your funding source.
