Go to your Purchase history, locate the transaction, click CONTACT SELLER. You should ask for a cancellation/refund, and have the seller relist the item so you can repurchase with the correct SHIP TO address.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
